Woodend Creative Workspace is the smartest and most up-to-date office facility situated on the North Yorkshire Coast today.
The site comprises 52 office units and eight artist studios, which vary in size from 130 to 600 square feet, and are located on all four levels of the building.
All units are fitted to the highest standard and the majority of them have unparalleled views over the gardens and parks that surround the building.Tenants at Woodend are supported by a dedicated in-house team who are here to make your working environment run as smoothly as possible.
Woodend is also extremely advanced from a technical perspective.For example, all office units (including studios) are supported by the NYnet broadband infrastructure and Woodend boasts an integrated Mitel telephony system which enables Woodend tenants to connect effortlessly with the outside World.Woodend is also home to a NorthernNet Media Access Bureau.

At Woodend Creative Workspace we understand that a flexible approach to working is of paramount importance for many customers.Our virtual office service therefore has flexibility at its heart.
This service gives creative professionals and companies:
• The advantage of a professional telephone answering service.
• The use of an exclusive business address.
• Access to a range of meeting facilities.
• Free use of the Tenant lounge.
By using this service the tenant can still become part of the unique creative community at Woodend but without the formality of a fully serviced office.For example, our publicly accessible spaces are free for you to use (during normal office opening times) and you will be invited to all our free networking events and business support activities.
We also want to help promote your company by listing you on our web site and by displaying your company name in our Reception area.In addition, we want to be able to tell the wider community that the services you provide can be accessed at Woodend.

Hot Desking
Add flexibility to your company and benefit now from the services available at Woodend.
Our hot desk service is particularly aimed at businesses in an outlying town or village who are not in need of premises but occasionally need a desk in town or would benefit from the promotional and administration support that Woodend Creative Workspace provides.
Our hot desk suite can accommodate 2 professionals at any one time and comes complete with:
• Telephone and access to the NYnet broadband infrastructure
• Desk and chair
• Lighting and heating
• Soft seating area
• Access to kitchen and washroom facilities

Our aim is to facilitate your event to the very best of our ability in a high quality and distinctive business setting. Woodend provides a range of attractive and well appointed meeting rooms to suit a variety of requirements.
If you are looking for somewhere to hold your AGM, board meeting, away-day, exhibition space or event then Woodend will provide you and your business with a unique experience. In addition, Woodend is a perfect venue for tender presentations, workshops and conferences for up to 45 delegates.

Gallery Space
The heart of Woodend, showing the very best contemporary art.
Woodend Creative Workspace includes a Gallery Space located in the former Sitwell Conservatory and one of the original family staterooms.The Gallery Space is without doubt one of the most spectacular spaces in North Yorkshire with a stunning outlook overlooking the Valley Gardens and sea beyond.Used for exhibitions, performances, special events and functions, Woodend delivers an official Creative Programme in the space and our exhibitions are open the public – we welcome all visitors!
In addition, the Gallery Space is available to rent in-between our exhibitions and we welcome enquiries from those who want to take advantage of these beautiful rooms.
