What can we do for you?

One of the attractions for businesses wishing to locate to Woodend is the range of business help and advice available to them. The Director will work closely with tenants to direct them to appropriate support agencies for business development and resources and/or specialised advice.

Agencies supporting the Centre with business development measures include Hull University (Scarborough Campus), Business Link, Yorkshire Forward, Creative York (Science City York), Creative Coast, and Scarborough Borough Council.

Crucially, Woodend will also feature a dedicated incubation unit comprising one and two-person workstations in an open plan studio arrangement. The unit will support those who are just starting a business or are developing a new business idea or proposal.
