Our Core Products Include:

• WORKSPACE
  52 office units and artist studios, which vary in size from around 130 to 800 square feet, and are located on all four levels of the building. The majority of units have unparalleled views over the gardens and parks that surround the building. The nine artist studios are located within the basement area of the building. All workspaces (including studios) are supported by the latest ICT infrastructure.
• VIRTUAL OFFICE
  The virtual office service will enable customers to run their business from home but benefit from our address and telephone handling options. With the diverse nature of the overall creative industries sector, it is important that Woodend acts to serve these remote businesses where appropriate across the wider region.

In addition, Woodend is a perfect venue for tender presentations, workshops and conferences for up to 45 delegates.

The station is only a five minute walk away and there are a number of car parks in the immediate vicinity. Woodend is set within the woodland of the Valley Gardens and the spectacular expanse of the South Bay is visible from the building to the front.
